If you know someone that is worthy of acknowledgement please send an e-mail to Perry@680thefan.com explaining why your candidate is deserving of this award.

The winning entry will be announced each week during Gary Stokan’s “Breakfast with the President” segment (9 a.m. Fridays).  The winner will received four (4) tickets and a parking pass to a local sporting event.
